Donate to the Scholarship Fund

The Scholarship Fund supports young women of Orillia who plan to pursue post-secondary education. Since 1974 we have awarded $371,275 in scholarships to 725 young women pursuing post-secondary education. The application process considers academic achievements as well as community and school involvement.

 

In June 2022, 15 students from 3 Orillia Secondary schools and the Learning Centre were granted a scholarship ranging from $1,050 to $2,000 for a total of $25,000. The deserving students met the CFUW Orillia criteria of Academic Ability, Integrity, Love of Learning, Leadership, and School and Community Involvement. We wish these amazing young women every success in the future.

All money that is donated to the CFUW Orillia Scholarship Fund goes directly to providing scholarships for young women in the Orillia area who are pursuing post-secondary education.

Make a Donation to the Scholarship Fund

You can make a donation to the CFUW Orillia Scholarship Fund by eTransfer. First set up CFUW Orillia's email address ( cfuworilliascholarship@gmail.com ) in your bank’s eTransfer system.  CFUW Orillia is registered for auto-deposit so no security question/password is required.
