CFUW Orillia Scholarships for All Students
Planning to Enter College or University in 2012
Each year CFUW Orillia gives out about $8,000 to $11,000 worth of Scholarships to young women who attend Orillia High Schools (or the Alternative School or the Orillia Learning Centre) and who are going on to College or University.
If you are planning on going to college or university in 2012, the Application Forms are now available in high school Guidance Departments as well as the Orillia Alternative School and the Orillia Learning Centre where the councillors will assist you and give you the required forms.
If you would prefer to download the forms from this website, please click on the files below and download the appropriate files. There are two versions of the same documents. If you wish to fill in the application on the computer, download the three WORD DOC files OR if you want to fill it in by hand download the three PDF files.
Please check with your Guidance Office for their collection of the forms by Friday May 4, 2012.
These forms need to be filled in and returned no later than Friday May 4, 2012. There must be a total of
5 copies of the package and it can be returned to a high school guidance department.
If you are a mature student going on to College or University and do not attend a high school at this time, please deliver the forms directly by mail or by hand to:
